CASA has been developing a comprehensive Education Department, which main focus is to support the Hispanic Community to be successful in the United States. 80 percent of our population has a bachelor degree in their native country as well as extensive professional experience in their field. However, when they arrived to United States they have been forced to work in any job that can improve their financial challenges. Sadly, they start to lose the dreams and basically survive to pay their bills. Aware of this valuable public and their professional and intellectual capabilities, CASA created a wide-ranging Education Department according to their interests. Most of our clients are interested in having their own business because they see the possibility not only to improve their financial stability but also to contribute economically to the country that has welcomed them. They also want to increase their knowledge and improve their professional development.
Taking in consideration this innovative desire, CASA’s Department of Education offers a variety of workshops and seminars to empower and strength their entrepreneur skills. This entrepreneurial mindset helps them to embark on their own careers and occupation.
