CASA was founded in 1994 to serve the immigrant community in South Florida, serving thousands of families in the last two decades. In the last ten (10) years, we have seen a surge in the number of men, women, and children who have been victims of violent crimes (including human trafficking) and domestic violence.
In the last two months alone we have provided services to thirty (30) new families who have been victims of domestic violence and crimes. Their needs are great, ranging from family protective services to obtaining employment authorization to work and provide for their families. We strive to assist those who live in the shadows and in fear.Providing these services to our community is only made possible through the generous funding we have received from members of our community,

This year we are seeking donations to continue to provide services to this very vulnerable population. We hope you will be able to join us in funding our much-needed services. We are seeking donations of $250.00 but if you are only able to give $10.00 we will still highly appreciate your support. You can donate online at www.casa-us.org or make checks payable to “Colombian American Service Association, Inc. “. Any donation you make is tax-deductible. Any support will be highly appreciated by us and the families we serve.
Thank you in advance for your kindness. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at (305) 463 7468 or via email at lfortou@casa-us.org.
